关于VMware esx4.1安装问题，请高手帮帮忙.

初学VMware sphere，现在在一台裸机上装esx4.1，安装过程中出现错误，提示如下:

An error has occurred during your esx installation

No network adapters were detected.Either no network
adapters are physically connected to thesystem,or a
suitable driver could not be located. A third party driver may
be required.

ESXcannot be installed without a valid network adapter.
Ensure that there is at least one network adapter physically
connected to the system before attempting installation
again.If the problem persists,consult the VMware
Knowledge Base.

The system must be restarted.
                                                   Debug      Reboot

在下图(在别处抓来的图)完成100％时出上面这些提示



用Bits-检测CPU是否支持64位及硬件虚拟化测试通过了,Virtualization显示Yes

请问是我的网卡不兼容吗，如果是什么型号的网卡兼容啊，我一定要换个网卡吗？请大家赐教啊，谢谢了！

补充：此前这台电脑windows xp 上的VMware Workstation测过是可以安装ESX 4.1,但在裸机上却不能.配
置只改了硬盘(原来是1500G硬盘，怕弄掉数据，换个160G硬盘测试)及加了2G内存.

感谢几位的指点.大概也知道网卡问题,只是初次在裸机安装,想更具体了解原因所在及解决方法.
