估计是.NET的版本问题，你有没有安装.NET2.0的版本，有的话将其注册下看下！

感谢楼上指导，按照操作可以正常打开网页了。
要在运行窗口里执行:ASPNET_REGIIS.EXE -I,来注册ASP.NET.前面要加Framework的安装路径哟.
